Possibly. We do have services that backup grids frequently, but the frequency doesn't guarantee the most recent version.

Create a ticket in Discord for assistance.

  • Respawn ships disappear when you log out. Use !fixship on the grid to disable the auto-delete function.
  • Incorrectly named grids will be deleted. Rename your grid to FactionTag.GridPurpose in the info tab.
  • If you split a grid in two, only the larger grid retains the name. Smaller grids get a number attached โ€” rename them.
  • Your base might be out of power or raided. Type !grids list to check if your grids still exist.
  • If away for more than a week, your grid may be in your Dockyard. Check from Discord using /player list.

YES! For now. When this becomes an issue for stable sim speeds it may be removed. The Apex update brought farming which relies on this, so we'll try to keep it on while possible.

We do allow cryochambers. This is not a guarantee that your character will survive.

In-game, press F3 to view all online players. Anyone with **** next to their name is an active staff member.

Weapons and ammo information is currently being updated. See the Weapons Systems page for more details.

You can get Thorium and Quantum Computers in several ways:

  • Vote for UpsideDown to earn Quantum Computers
  • Mine on Thora โ€” finding thorium isn't the problem, coming back alive is
  • Thorium Craters on Thora reset weekly with the voxel reset
  • Thorium Asteroid spawns multiple times per week โ€” major PvP objective
  • Trade with other players
  • Events from server or players/factions can award dozens to thousands of QC
  • Random "Unknown Entity" encounters contain components, ammo, ores, and Quantum Computers

1
Check if your grid is set to Station. Look at the info panel in the control panel (bottom right) โ€” same panel where you rename your grid.
2
If not a station or the convert option is greyed out, look at the grid and use !convert. This also works for faction ships.
Note: You need to be out of natural gravity for !convert to work!
3
Look at the ship and use !fixship. This copies and pastes the grid and may fix it back to a moving state.
4
If !fixship doesn't work, try !entities refresh. This temporarily removes all entities from your client and forces an update with the server.
5
If your ship has a subgrid, use !convert twice on your main grid to convert both to ship.
6
If still not moving, open a ticket on Discord in ๐ŸŽซโ”ƒopen-ticket to request support.

Option 1

Press K while seated or looking at a control interface. Go to the Control Panel tab, select all blocks (CTRL+A), and on the right find Transfer โ†’ Transfer to me. The new owner should then use !fixship transfer to take ownership and transfer PCU.

Option 2

Add as many controllable blocks as needed (cargo containers, cameras, control panels) to get most ownership. The new owner uses !fixship transfer or if safe !d save to hangar the grid. Both commands transfer PCU and unowned blocks.
